Our mildly sweet bodied Maple Ale was brewed with real Ottawa-area maple syrup. The ale is golden brown in colour just like the delicious O’Ryan maple syrup, added directly in the kettle, has a nice and light smoky flavour.

Last can from the big purchase I did before this virus became what it is today. Pours a clean amber colour with a copper hue. The head is big, frothy, long lasting, light-beige and leaves creamy streaks of lacing. Loads of maple sap in the nose with a nice sweetness and a light nutty brown ale undertone. The flavours are not too sweet, helping a lot going down. Thinner, not syrupy, with just enough hops in the finish to give it a nice dryness. Looks like the maple syrup from my friend as well. Very well brewed.
