Pours a beautiful golden with a decent eggshell head. Aroma is fruity, mainly pear and apple, with a coriander note. Flavor is fruity and sweet, almost like a cider, but not too sweet; coriander makes an appearance. Texture is firm and smooth, though not too fizzy. Feel the love!
