With Halliza, Omnipollo continues their explorations of the world of flavourful, yet easy drinking and approachable IPAs with a single hop Simcoe IPA. This IPA has the appearance of a hazy and fairly soft new school IPA with a piney, grassy hop profile from an abundance of old school Simcoe hops. Here balance is key.

Cloudy golden with a nice warm off-white bubbly, frothy head, good retention and thick foamy lacing. Hoppy, juicy citrus aromas. Nice bitterness, juiciness, dryness and hints of spiciness, zing. Refreshing, well-brewed juicy IPA.
