Omnipollo Aura
Omnipollo Aura
Rated 3.320 by BeerPalsHazy IPA breweed with a healthy amount of oats giving it a soft mouthfeel and lower carbonation. The late addition Citra and Galaxy hops give it a slightly tropical aroma and essence.

Tall can from LCBO. Pours an average size foamy white head that dissipates slowly to a thin coating, some bubbly lace, has a very hazy yellowish orange coloured appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas are herbal and grassy, some wheat and barley malt notes, mild citrusy hints. Flavours are fairly fruity, some notes of cereal and wheaty malts, some more mild citrusy notes, a bit yeasty and piney with a bit of oats in the finish. Mild bitterness on the palate. Dry mouthfeel.

Can that pours a hazy golden colour with an orange hue. The head is warm, off-white, frothy, bubbly, decent lasting with a little lace. Big citrus nose with some orange juice, lemon zest and spicy hops. The oats do soften the bitterness of the hops. Starts off spicy like in the nose, but calms down in the middle. Gets cloudy eventually, with a few particles. Somewhat juicy, but not crazy. So, a nice mildly bitter, lightly juicy IPA.
