Shared bottle at RBNAG 2011 in Oslo, quadruple bottle at least 3 y.o. Dark brown colour. Minimal carbonation, oxidised, but still drinkable. Loads of malty sweetness in both aroma and flavour.

This Quad pours a deep brown color from the bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, caramel, yeasty and sweet. A full to medium bodied quad. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy. While this is a very sweet beer, it’s not overly sweet. Nice balance. There is a touch of alcohol bite. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

Bottled. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is malts, hops, caramel and mild notes of spices. Flavour is nice spicy and fuity hops along with some slight notes of sweet alcohol balancing it up.
