Rich in the flavours of pears & apples it has analmost champagne like texture with a tight bubbly fizz, unlike most ales. After what will be a delightful first taste surprise the second mouthful will confirm the richness of this beer with flavours hinting at brandy & calvados. Garlic Roasted Chicken, Rich Roasted Porkwith apple sauce, even the dessert "Tarte Tartin" will be enhanced beyond compare with this superb beer!! Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, grains and some mild herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, toffeeish, grassy, wooden and mild buttery and alcoholic notes as well.
