IPA, was first brewed by the English for their colonies in India. Our copper-colored version is malty and aggressively hopped. The final hop addition occurs after fermentation. This process is called dry hopping and produces a fragrant floral aroma

Overall, a great IPA characteristic of many of the best around, however, it is just slightly lacking in flavor. It more than makes up for that ever so slight discrepency by being superb in all other catagories. Not too hoppy - just right.

Clear amber with a good head that eventually fades, but clings to the edges of the glass. Good hop aroma is peachy and prine. Really more in the APA range, but this is a great, easy-drinking hop-head beer.
