We brewed this ancient holiday beer with 11 different grains and ZERO HOPS! Instead, we used Mugwort for a sage-like aroma and flavors of orange peel & juniper and finished it with Sage late in the boil. We then infused a nice touch of Scandanavian cloudberries post-fermentation
