A Belgian Strong Half-Quad made with a ridiculous amount of oats, unrefined Belgian candy syrup and fermented with yeast stolen from the clutches of deepest, darkest ostrich pit of Oostvleteren. Brewed especially for either Three Floyds and Friends week or Belgium’s Kattenstoet, “Festival of Cats.” It really depends on who you ask.

Comes out of the tap a rich, warm coffee brown with a nice tan head. Aroma has notes of caramel, horehound and toffee. Flavor is not powerful, but still pleases with caramel, toffee and powdery chocolate notes. Texture is fizzy and smooth, if not firm. Give a rat’s ash!
