Sampled on 6/26/2010. This saison pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheat, spicy, slightly fruity and sweet. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet, slightly spicy and wheaty. The hops are earthy and floral. Nice carbonation. A nice crisp and light tasting saison. The mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
