The bright, tropical flavors of this saison are inspired by Kilauea, active volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii. We added a thick, orange mango puree right to the brew, giving this beer its ripe, juicy sweetness. Ekuanot, Meridian, and Huell Melon hops enhance the fruit-forwardness with aromas of papaya, sugary lemon and honeydew.
