Our take on Dusseldorf's broad style features our most complex grain bill, which produces a malty, amber beer with a lot of flavor. Saphir hops give it a spicy, noble aroma and delicious hop profile. Definitely on the hoppy side for this style of beer.

On tap @ Occidental. Clear dark tea brown pour, slight head and lacing. Light roasted malty aroma and flavor upfront, then very slight apples, some toffee and breadiness. Nice and straightforward.

Another growler that was gifted to me recently. Pours a clear dark brown with a substantially large frothy top. Aroma is toffee, some fairly malty notes with caramel and biscuit flavors. Increasingly hoppy through the palate.
