As I drink this, Ukraine is kicking ass in Russia. Anyhoo - pours clear topaz with a thick parchment head. Aroma presents rich fresh malt with notes of apple, honey bread - and is that a whiff of caramel? Flavor has a noticeable alcohol bite along with fresh bready malt, honey, apple, subtle citrus and caramel tones. Texture contributes good body and peppy fizz. Go Ukraine!
