Unfiltered, German pale lager hopped with Spalt & Sterling. Slightly malty, yet dry, with a touch of lemon and pepper in the aroma. Zwickel beers are typically lower ABV offerings and served fresh from the lagering tank, so a slight haze is appropriate. All German grain undergoes a decoction mash to yield a deep malt richness.
