This unfiltered hop forward American style lager is dry hopped with Simcoe and Cascade hops and bursting with bright citrusy notes and a soft palate. Junkyard Cat is easily distracted by sunbeams. Wooty! Woot! Dog barks… A hazy glowing orange with a rocky white head. The aroma is big grapefruit, balanced with a light pine character, and hints of honey. The palate is very soft and light with lots of citrus and fruity characters, and a honey-like sweetness to balance out the bitterness. Semi-dry finish. Malts: Pale Ale, Wheat, Carared Hops: Cascade, Simcoe Yeast: Lager
