600 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. Organic. ABV is 5.0%. Pale yellow colour, clear first, hazy when the sediment is poured in the end. Big to moderate white head. Sweetish aroma with notes of cloves, coriander and ripe bananas, hints of citrus. Refreshing wheaty flavour with notes of cloves and coriander, not very sweet. Very moderate hops.

Bottle. Poured a hazy deep gold colored ale with a huge white foamy head that had a very long retention. No lacing. Rich carbonation. The aroma is sour yeasty malts and fruity, banana. The flavour is strong yeasty malts, fruity, banana, lemon, spicy, coriander, cloves. The palate is crispy. The finish of this medium bodied ale is fruity and spicy. A nice refreshing wit... I don't know why the brewer give a 5.3 % ABV and on the label 5. 0 % is to be read.
