In the 19th century the English added large quantities of hops to the beers they sent to India in order to withstand the long journey and this way keep the troops happy. At Nomada we don't like troops or tradition but today India is the biggest exporter of papaya in the world and that is what inspires us to make this double India pale ale. A harmonious fusion of malt, hops, and tropical fruit.

An example of the surge of serious craft beer brewing in Spain. Had I entered this beer as a fruit beer (could have, it actually contains papaya), it would have scored in the exceptional range. Still a pleasant IPA, full bodied with pine resin and tropical notes.
