On tap at Grünerløkka Brygghus as Kjell Pop Single Hop. Hazy golden with a nice, creamy, off-white head. Very fruity aroma with tropical fruits, citrus and peaches. Sweet and very fruity with a fairly dry and bitter finish. Almost too fruity for my taste, it’s almost like a tropical fruit drink but still quite nice.

Hazy golden yellow with white foam head. Aroma is sweet hoppy, taste is bitter hop with citrus. Bitter fading aftertaste. (Bergen 201206) Not what I expected from this brewer at this price.

Sample from keg, courtesy of the brewery. Amber colour, moderate head. Distinct aroma and flavour of Citra hops, with the expected notes of citrus fruit, but also more complexity and better balance than you expect from a single hop ale. Nøgne Ø should make this a permanent brew IMO.
