Brewed with Tomme Arthur from Pizza Port Solana (Small brewpub of the year 2003, 2004 GABF). A clone of their Swami Jo-Mami IPA. Dry hopped with Cascades in the serving tank so this one's considerable hoppiness should increase over time.

Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

Poured a dark amber color with a medium sized, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma off floral, and citrus, cascase hop aroma. Intial bitter citrus, lots of grapefruit, light sweet caramel malts, lots of pine and a light bitter finish. The flavor drops off a little. Didn’t strike me as equal to Swami Jo-Mami, though a nice East Coast representation.
