Blanche de Berlin aux framboises. Bière de blé d’une belle couleur rosée induite par des de framboises de l’Ile d’Orléans. Au nez, les notes de framboises et baies sont maîtresses, laissant présager de beaux moments. En bouche, le fruité des framboises et leur légère acidité sont en harmonie avec le léger côté lactique de la fermentation. Bien que légère, cette bière est complexe et goûteuse.

Pours a slight hazy, raspberry red colour with a big fizzy pinkish-red head, with a quick getaway and no lacing left. Fresh, fruity, slightly sweet raspberry aromas. The sourness kicks in the taste and stays a while, leaving a tad tart in the finish. Some decent hops balancing things between the fruitiness and sourness. An easy-drinking raspberry Berliner Weiss.

Tall can from IGA in Gatineau, QC. Pours a huge foamy pink head but goes away quite quickly leaving behind no head. Excessive carbonation. Has a deep dark pink reddish coloured appearance. Aromas of raspberries, various dark berries. Flavours are mostly fruity, raspberries most prominent. Has a subtle sourness in the finish, and not too offensive either. Goes down quite well.
