We are so proud of our Prize Donkey! This crisp and refreshing saison was fermented at lower temperatures with Jovaru Lithuanian farmhouse yeast producing a noticeably lighter saison flavour. Small can from the brewery. Pours a fairly big foamy white head and has a clear yellow golden appearance. Some soapy lace remains. Moderate carbonation. Aromas are perfumy, coriander, floral and grassy hops, yeast and wheaty notes as well. Flavours are mostly citrus and floral hops, a bit yeasty as well as lemony hints. Some subtle bitterness on the palate.
