Our Brut IPA is a unique IPA style with super tropical aromas and flavour. Think of Brut champagne but for beer (0° Plato means all of the sugars are fermented), with super tropical aromas and flavour, unfiltered yet bright. Could such a mystically delicious concoction be real? Yep. We vary the hops in each batch to keep things interesting. Easy drinking with a dry crisp finish. The perfect beverage to enjoy while dreaming of the impossible.

The beer pours a clear metallic gold colour with a creamy off-white head. The aroma is grassy malt, light citrus, and yeast. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grassy malt and light citrus followed by a weak bitter finish.

Picked up a tall can at the Beer Store. Pours a pretty big foamy white head, leaves behind some thick bubbly lacing, has a pale golden appearance. Slightly excessive carbonation. Aromas are grassy, herbal, some hints of wheat and subtle citrus notes. Flavours are citrus and grassy hops, some yeasty notes in the finish. Medium retention. Dry and fizzy mouthfeel. Mild bitterness on the palate. Not too bad.

473 can that pours a hazy golden colour with a slight off-white, bubbly head, little under-average retention, leaving a ring of bubbles. Does not smell like an IPA. As a sparkling wine drinker, this really shows more of this, than an IPA. Hops are well-hidden. More malty and yeasty. Hints of fruits, mostly citrus in the background. The taste shows not much bitterness, and again, more of a wine base with some mild yeast. Even the carbonation is like a sparkling, with tiny bubbles. Easy drinking like the description says, sure, but dry crisp finish - not really. Still, an nice beer with higher alcohol.
