De fermentation haute, refermentée dans sa bouteille. C'est une bière dorée délicatement parfumée par des houblons aromatiques aux notes de fleurs et de fruits. Elle laisse percevoir en bouche un corps léger et malté. Son amertume est fine et sa teneur en alcool peu élevée. Une bière à la fois savoureuse et désaltérante. Disponible en bouteille de 33 cl ou à la pression, poids de la bouteille 0, 661 kg.

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered opaque amber-orange coloured Pale Ale with a small two fingers light beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is sweety grainy malts, fruity, citus, lemon and flowery hops, notes of honey. The flavour is sweety malts, fruity, lemon and flowery hops. The mouthfeel is sparkling and quite thin. This light bodied Pale Ale has a dry hoppy bitter finish. A, for me, too soft Pale Ale from the great city of Lyon.
