Ruby red colour, small off-white head. Plum, raisins, alcohol, some marzipan and caramel malts in aroma. Flavour is plum, raisins, spices, caramel malts and some hints of yeast. A very wellbalanced and wellaged beer.

Clear reddish amber, small thin white head. Vinous and peppery aroma with notes of cherries, almonds, figs and licorice. Small notes of red currant and citrus peels. Semi dry flavour of dried fruit, port, x-mas spices, black cherries, pepper and licorice. Long peppery and malty finish with a small alko kick.
