Imperial Coffee Stout with Chilean Blueberries and Hand Roasted Coffee from Flux Coffee. Using a unique blend of time and temperature, the roasting technique of Flux Coffee preserves the delicate flavors naturally found in the beans. This Ethiopian Honey Milled Coffee with notes of blueberry and jasmine is further exploited in the beer by using real blueberries. A true coffee stout with rich coffee, cola nut and underlying fruity and floral aromatics. Mouthcoating bubbly sharpness of espresso and bitter cacao subside for a smooth dark chocolate and coffee warmth. Backend notes of chocolate covered blueberries and blueberry bourbon jam become more pronounced as it warms.
