Clean white, tight head. Hazy copper/gold color.Appley(duh) slightly sour nose with some malt showing thriugh also.Light/medium body, kinda spritzy. Medium sweet. Mainly apples with some malt flavors backing them up. Do taste some oxydation too. Was expecting a little boones farm apple wine flashback, but it aint like that! Good damn thing. Neat brew. Wonder how old it is? HMMMMM.

I use to buy a 6-pack of this brew every week in the summer when I lived in Ottawa, and drink it on my patio. Now I can't seem to find it anywhere. From memory, it poured a golden lager colour. Looked plain and simple, but when the aromas of apple went floating in the air, that's when the magic started. It was not like cider, nor was it a lambic or on the lees like Unibroue's Ephemere Apple. It was just a good refreshing beer with hints of apples. It was very drinkable, expecially for someone like me who likes fruit beers.
