Poured with a thick, creamy tan head, reminiscent of a stout more than a brown ale. Looked awfully black and felt thicker than a Guiness but still not full bodied like I expected. Flavor was light and malty, roasted malt and that was about it. Disappointed.

Brown color (no shit huh?) with a decent sized tan head. Low carbonation with a high amount of maltiness and tastes of roasted malt. Didn't have any hop bite nor bitterness.
