A West meets East fusion of traditional west coast bittering hops and new world aromatic varieties. The beer has a silky mouthfeel and a healthy pithy bitterness balanced with aromatic notes of stone fruit, tangerine, peaches and white grape. Best enjoyed chilled.

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a fairly small frothy white head and dissipates to a thin foamy coating with some thick patchy lace. Has a pale golden appearance. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruits, floral and citrus hops, a bit grassy and wheaty as well. Flavours are mostly tropical fruit, some citrus of course and some subtle hints of melon in the finish. Pretty juicy overall. Also some mild yeast notes as well. A little bit of bitterness on the palate. Not too bad.

Gets a hazy golden colour with a warm frothy cap, average stay with some decent lacing. Juicy, wet mouthfeel with some decent building dryness in the finish. Citrus tart left on the tongue, hints of grass. Hoppy citrus nose that is fairly mild with a touch of pineapple and peach. This is alright, but not BIG and Juicy all-around. More like milder and bitter-dry. The West meets East Coast IPA description does work for this though.
