Strong aroma is crisp and fruity, mainly pear and banana, with a malty undertone. Pours a clear amber with a fairly thick and rather persistent off-white head. Flavor has fruity, yeasty and malty notes, a little fruit sweetness and a hint of hops. Texture, though, leaves something to be desired, on the thin side and barely fizzy. Good as a companion to a meal.

Pours a semi clear golden colour with a small white head. Sampled at The Local Tavern-pre party night...Nioce and spicey but nothing that stood out too much. A pleasent creamy yet very clean mouthfeel. Soft fruity aftertaste. Great beer, but maybe a tad soft in the style.
