This colossal dark wheat behemoth clocks in at 18.5 °P. Brewed in the Bavarian style of old with 60% malted wheat, Double Decoction and 100% naturally carbonated in this very bottle. Our very special yeast and open fermentation create the gingerbread, cinnamon, and clove snap that bounces off a bouquet of fruity, banana notes from Brewmaster Dan's hand chosen blend of German, American, and Canadian barley.
