Description: It's simple. Pilsner rich in noble continental hops is brewed to the strength of Maibock and beyond, and then more noble hops are added to the recipe for balance and bite. Not even the Germans try it, and we consider this shyness as implicit encouragement. Part of the "Brewer's Best Friend Series"- Assertive, loyal specialties named for our brewers' canine chums. Beer number three: Pours a clear golden, bright as day and once the fizz dies down, nothing but those noble hops coming through on the nose. Grassy and herbal, taste had a touch of saltiness. Dry and pleasent. Love the picture of Elsa on the label.
