poured a light yellow color, with very little head. Not a bad beer but not a great beer. Flavor is very light not overpowering. leaves not bad aftertaste.

orioles can sent to me by a "friend" :) Not too bad, kind of along the lines of Leinenkugel lager. Clean and crisp, not a lot going on, but quenching and non-offensive. Not the most glowing of reviews, but it is what it is.

Pours a clear, wan straw yellow with a fairly thick and somewhat persistent white head. Aroma is malty and a little fruity, nothing special. Crisp, malty flavor has a fruity undertone and more than a hint of hops - not spectacular, but a little better than what the aroma promised. Smooth texture has about average fizz and viscosity. So-so, but OK at a party or a ball game. Had from a can with a Baltimore Orioles theme.

So I'm sitting in a pub called Turp's in Baltimore when I look up and see a bottle called National Bohemian. Curious, I ask where it's from. Everyone at the bar looks at me like I just the most appaling thing in the world. "Dude, that's the Natty Bo!" Baltimorians are quite proud of the Natty Bo and after hearing story after story about it, and everyone going down memory lane about their favourite Natty Bo experience I decided that I had to try it. While it wasn't the greatest, I understand the significance and the nostalgia behind it, so from that perspective I enjoyed every sip of the beer. Clear golden, small head. Grainy and fairly malty- you know the drill. Slightly watery and refreshing. Glad I had that experience.

Poured a pale yellow with smallish head. decent amount of fizz. The aroma was of grain with some sour notes. The flavor was of grain and a little metallic. Drinkable if frsh out of the cooler but as it warmed it got worse. It is wet cheap and fizzy and sometimes that is all you need

Once again I'll stick up for the "bad" beer. Make no mistakes about it, this is by no means a good beer, but it also dosen't pretend to be anything it's not. My opinion may be biased due to the fact thats it's brewed in b-more, But I don;t think this is any berre of worse than any beer you'll find at you're run of the mills college party. Simple put, if you want to get hammered and you're on a tight budget, then this is the beer for you

Folks, this one is vile, however, I too am a proud Baltimorian and this is more of a cultural thing than a quality thing. In Maryland, find any college campus and you will find cans of Boh; go to any crab feast - yep Boh there too; feel like visiting a trailer park - you'll definitely find Boh there; go to Baltimore's finest bar district (for non-locals Fells Point/Canton) and you'll find Boh there too! You see, Boh sucks, but I can't imagine life in Maryland without it - and for that Mr. Boh, you get an overall of 3 from me! Keep up the good work Mr. Boh! From the Land of Plesant Living, Go O's! Go Ravens! Cheers! (On a historical note, this beer was originally brewed in Baltimore and became the "official beer of Baltimore" in the 60's when this beer was sold at the Oriole's former stadium, Memorial Stadium - named in honor of our Country's veterans. Pretty cool beer after all huh? I mean how many cities have an "official" beer? Even if Baltimore picked a shitty "official" beer, at least it picked one!)

I am from Baltimore, and "Natty Bo" is a Baltimore beer. It was a rite of passage to down one of these as fast as you could in front of your friends, especially if it was warm. And sucking down some "Natty Bo's" was a must at all crab feasts. We grew up chugging Natty Bo's, Wiedemann, Pabst Blue Ribbon and Miller. As "E"'s review says, "I'm glad I grew up". Today, I do not drink "Nasty Bo", as I've come to call it, nor do I drink the others that were previously mentioned. But I will always have a soft spot for the one eyed "Bo" symbol. It is a part of Baltimore that will never go away.

Hey, look at that, it pours like a miller lite commercial, lots o’ swirling bubbles and a pasty thin head atop a crystal clear unimpressive body. Aroma is a little sweeter than your average pale lager, as is the flavor. Quite bland, but I much prefer this over the regular 1 pint for $2 happy hour draft beer selection.
