This beer reminds me of when I did not know Nelson Sauvin, but was falling in love with it. Hazy golden colour with an amber hue, an off-white head, decent stay and lots of tiny lacing spots. Beautiful aromas of herbal notes, vinous white grapes and hints of nuttiness, citrus. The citruses come out a little more in the taste, but the wine notes do eventually come out to blend things. Juicy mouthfeel that does not look much at first, but the building dryness does show up near the end. Yes, this is quite an amazing NEIPA that shines the Nelson Sauvin with the other two hops that balance awesomeness.
