Fairly clean, dark brown colour with ruby-copper highlights. The head seems frothy at first, beige coloured but turns into this bubbly-soapy thing that goes down quicker at that point and leaves a few spots of lacing. Chocolate malt base with some grassy hops, and hints of vanilla, alcohol and coconut. The taste shows a little more nuttiness, with the hops blending things with the chocolate-roasted malts. Some bitterness in the finish. Not usually a sweet-kind of guy, but wish the hops were a little toned down in this one, to get a little more of the dessert feel.
