Poured a hazed golden colour with a white cap, a little stay and minimal lacing. Fruity malt aromas with light Belgian Ale yeast and hints of banana from the wheat. The taste starts off with the yeast softness, then fruitiness to then, mild sourness. Finished soft again with the yeast. The Himalayan salt is very subtle in the aftertaste. Average Gose, lacking a little punch, a little balance. Still worth trying.
