Part of mix pack from The Beer Store. Pours a massive foamy bubbly white head, excessive carbonation, has a fairly clear straw coloured appearance. Soapy lacing. Great retention. Aromas of grass, wheat, light floral notes. Flavours are citrusy, acidic, lemony, some grass and grainy notes. Very faint salty hints and a bit of tartiness in the finish. Not bad.

Can that pours a hazed light-yellow colour with a bubbly, fizzy, disappearing quick enough with some foamy patches. Belgian Ale yeast aromas giving out pear notes. The taste is mild, but still has a decent blend of the yeast, pear and mild citrus. This is a pretty good Grisette !
