Embracing his inner mad scientist, our idiosyncratic friend Mad Tom has taken to the test lab, experimenting with peculiar techniques to surprise his homebrew crew with a new IPA. Trials were conducted to unleash previously locked hop compounds called thiols, resulting in boosted tropical fruit and citrus flavours.

Lightly hazed, golden-amber with a big frothy-creamy warm-whitish with good retention, and lots of sticky lacing. Nicely carbonated with slow, tiny bubbles. Hoppy oils in the nose with tropical fruits, citrus and a touch of grassiness., raisins Fruity flavours with the mix of citruses, tropical notes and some nice building dryness in the end. Again, a tad raisin blending the rest between the fruits and grassy hops. Some nice orange juices and zest lingers. A pretty nice juicy, oily, mildly grassy Hazy IPA that gets better as you sip.
