Cette brune est un petit clin d’oeil à notre région. Brassée avec le café Gaillard de la Brûlerie des Cantons de Warwick, elle a un goût qui se rapproche davantage du café plutôt qu’à celui de la bière. Essayez là avec un chocolat noir ! This Brown Ale is a little wink to our region. Brewed with Gaillard coffee from "Brulerie des Cantons" of Warwick, its taste is closer that coffee rather than beer. Try it with dark chocolate!

Cola-looking colour with a beige head, average retention and good lacing. Nutty roasted malt nose with coffee notes and chocolate. Watery coffee flavours with roasted malts. Not a bad coffee brown ale, but a little too watery overall. Good smell though.
