In homage to the two time Nobel Prize winning radiologist, Marie Curie, this sturdy French style saison provides notes of pear and lemon with a crisp, tart finish. Saisons were traditionally brewed in the winter and meant to be consumed throughout the summer months. Not so long ago it was close to being an endangered style but over recent years there has been a revival which our brewers have gladly added to.
