Mother's super Czech-style Pilsner is a medium- to full-bodied brew that makes a strong first impression. Under all that muscle lies a soft malt sweetness, balanced by a ton of Saaz hops. Feeling big and mighty? Build your triceps with every last sip. BREWMASTER'S ORIGINAL NOTES* Strong Czech pilsner. Deep gold with significant malt back bone. ~8- 8.5 % abv. Loads of Saaz flavor 50-60 IBUs, dry hopped Saaz. Extended aging. Soft, blanaced very drinkable for 8.5% abv 20 Plato Pilsner, Bohomeian Pilsner, Munich, Carahell and Acidulated malts. 90 minute boil.
