Pours a slightly hazy chestnut with a fairly thick and frothy buff head. Malty aroma has a strong fruity overtone - definitely raisin and fig - with subtle notes of brandy-soaked wood and vanilla. Flavor is - sublime, superb, lip-smacking. Fruity notes are strong but not overpowering, a little sweet, a little sour, letting through the brandy, malt and vanilla notes to strut their moment on the tongue. Texture is firm and smooth, leaving a fizzy and fruity finish. Pick a bomber while you can, as it won’t keep!
