An immensely hoppy and refreshing bitter, brewed to celebrate the revival of brewing in Ashcott and meant to revive you when you need it. Light in colour but not flavour thanks to a blend of Pale, Lager, Crystal and Wheat malts. The hops are a secret blend of three American varieties, with American yeast providing a crisp finish.

June 2013: 660 ml bottle conditioned, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 4.0%. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Lovely hoppy aroma, citrussy and herbal notes. Light bodied, but not watery. The flavour has a solid hoppy character throughout, notes of herbs, pine and grapefruit. Very enjoyable.

Bottled (thanks hanniku!). Golden colour with mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is very fruity, mildly grassy, floral as well as aramel malty. Flavour is quite strongly fruity with also some floral and grassy notes. aramel malts as well as some slight toffeelike notes balance the whole up into a quite pleasant brew. Quite dry wooden and grassy finish, with also a bunch of fruityness in it.
