This is described as the company's best selling beverage. It was not impressive in the least. A pale gold ale, with a slightly hoppy aroma. There was some malt in the flavour, but not much else.

Aroma is sweet and malty with some hints of grain and corn malt. Appearance is a golden color with a thin, white head on top that is bubbly and dissipates to a light lacing that coats the glass well. Mouthfeel is light-bodied and a bit thin and watery with decent malty complexity as well as balance with a palate that is wet-like and not bad. Flavor is of cereal malt with some slight hop character with an aftertaste that is crisp and sharp with a finish that is appetizing and good for the Summer here in deep Alabama. Overall, first beer from Alabama and I must say, I am surprisingly happy with this one.

Within style, this was probably the best beer offered on my visit to Montgomery Brewing. Great malt and hop balance, almost tasted like there was a touch of wheat in the base to go along with some light honey and a light grassy flavor in the hop finish. Lacing was excellent and this one poured the usual golden blond color with a decent initial head and great lacing. Very refreshing.

Clear gold, frothy head that fades to a brussels lace. Bright, slightly citrusy aroma. Fairly strong straw malt in the flavor. Malt lingers in the finish.
