I was going to put in a review of this after a fresh sampling, but the last time I was in Vegas, I found that this brewery no longer brews anything at all. I'll put this in from memory, and at least it will check off NV for me. The stout is black but with minimal head, feels rather thin, and tastes of roasted coffee. Very dry finish. A decent beer, and MUCH better than the slop served at Sin City.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a bid bubbly dark brown head with average retention. Aroma of roasted malt and coffee is dominant and very interesting overall. Taste is dominated by slightly bitter malt with long coffee finish. Body is about average and carbonation is a bit too lively for the style. Bottle was drank at close to room temperature, which really powered the coffee side of this beer. I thought this beer was very enjoyable overall.

Draught. Blah. Not that good. Black, with a nice head. Not too flavorful, but that’s not a bad thing since it wasn’t that tasty to begin with. Drinkable if ordered in a sampler, but I think it’d be hard to finish a whole glass.
