Pours out in in a dark brown with red edges topped with a rich fluffy tan-colored head. Roasted aroma with hints of dark bread, coffee, caramel and raisins. Medium-bodied with subtle flavors of cold coffee, nuts and blackberries. Medium-bitter finish of burnt malts.

Draught@Monks Café Porterhouse, Stockholm. Deep amber colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is caramel malts, mild toasted notes along with some slight ashy notes and fudge. Flavour is ashes, toasted and roasted malts, some mild spices as well. Gets a bit bitter in the finish.
