Canadian Ice is carefully crafted using select crops of prairie grown barley malts and specially selected bitter and aroma hops. It is slowly fermented with Molson's prize lager yeast and is then ice-filtered just before being bottled. The result is a very smooth, refreshing, and drinkable beer with a balanced taste and aroma.

This was the first ice beer that I tried and I was pleasantly surprised. It had a floral aroma that I was unable to identify but was pleasant to the nostrils. The colour was beer like, a clear golden colour. It was very crisp to the taste with no clear identifiable flavours. A beer that goes down too damn easy.

pours a pale golden yellow with a thin cap of foam that's gone in an instant leaving no lace. The aroma is of sweet corn and some grains, not much going on here. The taste is pretty bland, its not that it tastes bad it just tastes like nothing. The mouthfeel is thin well carbonated brew with very little aftertaste.

I'm surprised at a lot of the decently scored reviews on this. I have always found it to be one of the poorer brands in the Molson line-up, weak tasting for an ice beer in my opinion.

It pours a light golden with thin white head and some lace. Fresh aroma of malts and light hops. Character mouthfeel: smooth and medium-body. Flavor of malts, light hops, citrus, spice/pepper mix, and some sweetness. Just a beer, but pretty good.

A typical Canadian pale lager. It has a slightly malty aroma, complete with grass, and a few hops. It is clear, gold, and fast disappearing white head. The flavour is grainy, and not very appealing.

Oh, if they would just put this stuff in brown bottles! My sample came from a green bottle, and it seemd to be slightly skunked. Too bad, really, as I had to dock it one point in the aroma catagory for that. Looking past the aroma, this is actually a fine pale lager. Malts and hops are nicely balanced, and the carbonation couldn't get much better. I really enjoyed this beer, and I'm betting it must be darn good when fresh.

This beer pours to a very very pale gold color. The aroma is very pungent and metallic with corn, some malt and a little bit of hops. Doesn't taste like much, slight hop flavor is noticeable, kind of a dry finish, alcohol slightly noticeable.

I had this a while ago but had never reviewed it. Poured a pale yellow with average carbonaion and a white head. Very faint aroma of malt. The beer was very cold when I first started drinking as it warmed the higher alcohol came through which I found to be unpleasant. Overall this was on par with other ice beers I have tried. Non have impressed me.

Smells just like a salty German brew; alomst like St. Pauli Girl. The taste definitely makes up for it though. Best ice beer I've ever had. May buy another in the future if found on tap.

Another re-review. Better than I remembered. For the price, I may just make this my swill of choice, especially now that it's been reduced in price to the discount ranks.
