This brewery needs to get their act together. Molson Canadian is a lager, Molson Canadian 67 is a light lager. So, how does one go about naming a session IPA after two well established lagers? I can’t figure it out either. It pours a weak clear copper colour with a thin white ring for a cap. The hoppish aroma is more earthy than fruity, and the dominant Molson malt nose, is noticeable absent. Flavour is what beer’s all about eh? And if anybody ever finds any flavour in this one….let me know, because I couldn’t discern any.

Pours a huge frothy beige head and has a clear light amber appearance. Average carbonation. Aromas of earthy hops and toasty malts. Flavours are mostly of the earthy hop variety, just very watered down. The finish is metallic like, somewhat rusty. Not a good mix of hops used here. Sort of like a lime flavour in the finish as well. The one tall can was quite sufficient. Not something I will likely have again.

Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a foamy warm cap that stays not bad for a low alcohol content. No lacing is left though. The nose is surprisingly nice with the fresh hops smell. The taste is where it shows being a low calorie beer, a Molson Canadian 67 brew. The hops are much lighter than the aromas give out to be. Still, they do taste like real hops, and a quite good for whatever is left. Light grain does eventually come out in the aftertaste. Hints of watery caramel. Does what it is made to be. Low calories and session brew.
