This 2006 vintage 750mL of Dupont Foret poured hazy gold with thin white head. The aroma is fruity with apples, sugars and yeasty spice. Nice aroma. The taste has a pulse of grains then moving into a brief note of apple, apricot and then mild sugar sweetness. This brew is smooth and tasty ending with the added sense of a moment of tartness.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow with a thin white head. The aroma has a orange peal hint to it, also there is suttle wheat, overall the aroma is not overwhelming. The taste is something I have never had before and is very hard to explain. Sweet at first but leaves a leafy dry finish. I like it, but in a total different way than most beers.

October 2018: Sample from 250 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Blonde colour, large white head. Pleasant aroma and flavour with a certain "spiciness" from the yeast, hints of white kandij sugar, but not too sweet. Moderate hops.
