Fruitlands is tart, fruity & frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays down the funky refreshment, while a heavy dose of passion fruit and guava turns the whole thing into a wall to wall tropical fruit fiesta. It's a marvelous mix of elements that collides with your mouth like a fruit filled asteroid of flavor traveling at the supersonic speed of party.

The beer was canned over a year ago….so who knows what to expect. It pours a very hazed orange gold with a thin creamy head which slowly recedes to a long lasting ring. The aroma is tart tropical citrus, grains, and funk. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with below average carbonation. The flavour is well balanced between the malted grains and the tart tropical fruit with the tartness lingering on the tongue for a while. Not bad for a year old gose, but I do wonder how it would have been if it was fresher. -

Can from LCBO. Pours a huge foamy white head that sticks around, has a hazy orangey appearance with slightly excessive carbonation. Decent sticky lacing. Aromas of tropical fruits are quite abundant followed by some floral and grassy hops. Flavours are equally strong with tropical fruits and some fruity and citrusy hops. Some notes of pine and grass as well. Slight sourness on the palate, decent amount. Fizzy and dry mouthfeel. Good stuff!

From can, pours a slight unfiltered golden colour with a frothy white cap, average retention and some foamy bottom lace. Pretty fruity nose with the sourness and tropical fruits. Guava is pretty potent. The taste is decently sour, but not in your face. The guava is quite mild, but does help balance this sourness. This lingers on the tongue, but overall not as strong as expected. Goes down easily.
