Enough of these and you may find cause to celebrate. Bumping the legal limit for alcohol percentage in Tennessee, this one's a bit of a hop bomb. Not quite as explosive as a western double IPA, this one nonetheless packs an impressive punch both in malty background and upfront hop presence. Were it not for the richness of the 100% English Marris Otter base malt, this beer would be all about the signature Centennial Hops. Instead expect citrusy grapefruit, and lesser mint and pine hop flavors to combine with the roasty notes of the bane malt and the minor chocolate notes of the cara-Munich malt. Perfect for wet, cold winter evenings, this one will warm your bones and free your soul. Pair with roast beef, shepherds pie, or a rib eye. Also excellent with a rich dessert such as bread pudding.

A growler of this made my morning not too long ago. A cloudy orange beer with a huge dose of caramel and spices in the aroma. Flavour starts off sweet, but the hops kick in when you least expect it.

From MBB's taps in tasting room. Clearish amber copper with a nice tight head and lots of lacing throughout. HUGE Centennial hops aroma with a grapefruit/citrus quality and some sweet malts. taste is hoppy, bitter, citrusy and slight pine and damn good with an IBU that will soften tooth enamel offset slightly by a slight sweet caramelly malt presence. Big-ass IPA that did not disappoint.
